Yes cliff turned 40. Yes I decorated n trashed yard w spray paint on snow and cut up card board box with rip yout n we still love you old man. And yes I stapled that sign to tree and yes it blew away several times. Yes the over the hill sign is under the snow somewhere near house I hope. And yes I did throw him a party days later to which this is the only pic I got and it was taken bc of all the games we could have played he learned some silly ninja tag kid game I never got when they play at scout camp.
